Tara Zuhlsdorf stands as one of Edgewood College’s top volleyball players from the early years of the program. Zuhlsdorf was a three-time All-Lake Michigan Conference selection including the LMC’s Player of the Year Award in 1994. She was named to the NAIA All-District 14 team three times, as her Eagles played in the NAIA postseason in all four of her years. Zuhlsdorf was the first Eagles player to reach 1,000 career kills and at the time of her induction still ranked fourth all-time in school history. Her career attack percentage of .289 has only been surpassed once since she graduated.
