No player has won more games in goal for Edgewood College than Meghan Magner. Magner was a three-time all-Lake Michigan Conference selection, winning 65 games and earning 37 career shutouts from 1998-2001. Magner was the defensive centerpiece of the Eagles’ four straight LMC titles and three consecutive NCAA Division III Tournament appearances. Magner’s 426 career saves are almost 200 more than the next closest goalkeeper in Edgewood College history as of her induction in 2016. Magner was also a well-decorated student having been named a Merit Scholar winner, being chosen as the Outstanding Senior Biology Student of the Year in 2005 and being the first female to receive the Eagle Award in 2001.
