Palmer is the Eagles women's volleyball all-time leader in kills with 1,821, while also holding the program record in kills per set with 3.83. The 2012 NACC Player of the Year is one of just three women's volleyball players to earn All-American recognition, when she earned AVCA All-American Second Team honors in 2012. Palmer was named First Team All-NACC in each of her four seasons and added a NAC Freshman of the Year honor to her name in 2009. She was a 2012 CoSIDA Academic All-American, being named to the second team after landing on the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team. Palmer helped lead the Eagles to one regular season conference title (2012), and one NACC Tournament title as the Eagles reached the NCAA Division III Tournament her junior season of 2011.
