Armstrong owns nearly every Edgewood College volleyball record a front row player could possibly own. An amazing athlete, Armstrong still holds Eagle volleyball records for kills (1,659), kills per game/set (3.55), blocks (530) and blocks per game/set (1.13). She was a three-time first team All-Lake Michigan Conference player and won the LMC Player of the Year award in 1998. Her volleyball teams won the 1996 Lake Michigan Conference titles and two LMC Tournament titles (1995 and 1996). In basketball, Armstrong became the fourth Eagle in history score over 1,200 points and still ranks seventh all-time in scoring. She was the most dominant rebounder of her era pulling down 662 career boards. As she did in volleyball, she earned three straight first team All-Lake Michigan Conference awards from 1997-99.
