Handorf is arguably the greatest two-way baseball player in Eagles history. As a hitter, Handorf holds the Eagles all-time batting average mark with .417, while ranking second in slugging percentage (.551) and seventh in on-base percentage (.455). He also got it done on the mound for Edgewood College, ranking eighth in ERA (4.04), seventh in wins (12), and fifth in strikeouts (133). Handorf was a key member of the 2005 Eagles team that won a Lake Michigan Conference Championship and was within one game of reaching the NCAA Division III World Series. He earned two First Team All-Lake Michigan Conference honors, was a three-time Academic All-District, two-time Academic All-American, and two-time All-Region selection.
