Gustafson left Edgewood College in 1996 as the program's all-time leader in kills with 1,293, a number that still ranks third today. Her .265 attack percentage is the fourth-best mark in school history and her 3.00 kills per set ranks fifth for the Eagles. She was a two-time First Team All-Lake Michigan Conference selection and helped lead Edgewood College to a Lake Michigan Conference title during her senior season in 1996. Gustafson also ranks sixth in program history with 134 aces, and seventh with 294 blocks.
