Edgewood College advanced to the semifinals of the Northern Athletics Conference Tournament with a home win over Concordia University Chicago on Tuesday night. The Eagles now face the challenge of going on the road to face second seed Benedictine University. Edgewood College will be looking to avenge a loss at Benedictine earlier this season.

Benedictine University won the first four matches in the all-time series with Edgewood College. However, Edgewood College is 3-2 in the last five meetings with Benedictine. Benedictine earned a 3-1 home win over the Eagles earlier this season. The teams have met once in the NAC Tournament, with Edgewood College earning a 3-1 road win in 2009. When playing on the road against Benedictine, the Eagles are just 1-5 all-time.
