The Edgewood University women's volleyball team has been recognized on the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Katie Borchert, a senior outside hitter, Abbey Eivins, a junior setter, Payton Millin, a junior middle hitter, and Mia Hinkamper, a graduate student defensive specialist landed honors for their impressive athletic achievements and outstanding work in the classroom.

Borchert (Lake Mills, Wis.) claimed AVCA Honorable Mention All-American, AVCA First Team All-Region, NACC Player of the Year, NACC Tournament MVP, and First Team All-NACC recognition during the 2025 season. The senior posted a team-high 384 kills and 3.52 kills per set. The All-American added a .239 attack percentage, which is best among all qualifying Eagles.

In the classroom, Borchert is an elementary education major. She holds a cumulative GPA of 3.95. Borchert is a three-time Academic All-District selection and NACC Scholar-Athlete.

Eivins (Denver, Colo.) claimed Second Team All-NACC honors. The junior claimed a team-best 549 assists during the 2025 season. Eivins dished out 5.04 assists per set and added 39 service aces.

In the classroom, Eivins is a criminal justice major. She holds a cumulative GPA of 3.94. Eivins was named NACC Scholar-Athlete following the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Millin (Bloomington, Wis.) was tabbed First Team All-NACC following a standout junior season. Millin totaled 134 blocks and 1.23 blocks per set for the Eagles. Millin added 149 kills on the season.

Millin is a sonography major at Edgewood University. She holds a cumulative GPA of 3.67 and has been named NACC Scholar-Athlete twice.

Hinkamper (St. Louis, Mo.) was named First Team All-NACC following her second season on the Edgewood University squad. The graduate student racked up a team-best 535 digs at a 4.86 digs per set clip. Hinkamper added 117 assists and 27 service aces on the season.

Hinkamper is working towards her MBA in accounting and owns a graduate GPA of 4.00.

Borchert is the third three-time Academic All-District honoree in Edgewood University women's volleyball history. She joins Abbey Falk and Abigail Hoffmann, who claimed the mark following the 2024 season.
