Eagles open NAC season with familiar rival

The Edgewood College women's basketball team opens their Northern Athletics Conference schedule with a very familiar rival. The Eagles and Concordia University Wisconsin will renew their annual battle for the top of the North Division on Saturday afternoon.

Edgewood College will provide live video and live stats for all home games this season. Barry Adams and Suann Saltzberry will call the action for Saturday's game. The links can be found on EdgewoodCollegeEagles.com.

Concordia Wisconsin leads the all-time series over Edgewood College 33-28. The two teams split a pair of games last year, with each team winning on the road. The Eagles took a 72-70 NAC opening win at Mequon, while the Falcons scored an 82-74 double overtime win in Madison. The Falcons have won 11 of the last 13 meetings. The last time the Eagles earned consecutive wins in the series was a season sweep in the 2003-04 season.
