MADISON, Wis. - Edgewood College looks to continue its momentum from a pair of thrilling wins on Monday against Lakeland into a key weekend with possible playoff implications down the line. The Eagles (8-10, 2-2 NACC) take on Benedictine (13-7, 1-1 NACC) on Saturday for a 1 pm doubleheader before taking on reigning NACC champs Aurora University (14-6, 4-0 NACC) at noon on Sunday.

Benedictine leads the all-time series against Edgewood College 17-4 after rattling off 14-straight wins. Benedictine last beat the Eagles by a score of 11-0 in last year's NACC Tournament. Edgewood College will be looking for its first ever win against the NACC softball powerhouse Aurora University. The Eagles and Spartans have played 22 times but the Eagles have been right with them over the last several years. Three of the last five meetings have been decided by three runs or less.
