Just A Game Tourney around corner for Eagles

MADISON, Wis. - Edgewood College is set for a couple more non-conference matchups and a chance for redemption against Alverno College over the course of the next two weeks. The Eagles will first travel to the Just A Game Tournament in the Wisconsin Dells before taking on Alverno at home on January 2nd at 4:15 pm. The Eagles will take on a pair of WIAC teams in #12 UW-Whitewater and UW-Stevens Point, who is receiving votes in the latest D3Hoops.com poll, in the holiday tournament. The Eagles will take on the Warhawks at 3 pm on Dec. 30 and the Pointers at 1 pm on Dec. 31.

Just A Game Fieldhouse will be providing live video (fee required) for the tournament in the Wisconsin Dells. Edgewood College will then provide a live broadcast and live stats for the home game on Jan. 2 from the Edgedome. Links to live coverage can be found by visiting EdgewoodCollegeEagles.com.

The Eagles will be looking for their fourth win all-time against UW-Whitewater over the course of 20 meetings. The last time those two teams squared off was in 2013, when the fourth-ranked Warhawks took down the Eagles 91-71. UW-Stevens Point is undefeated across eight meetings against Edgewood College while the Eagles hold a 16-7 lead all-time against Alverno.
