Edgewood College at the Gene Cusic Classic softball preview (.pdf)

After opening with back to back double headers this past weekend, Edgewood College only gets three days off before heading to Florida for the Gene Cusic Classic. The Eagles will have 10 games over the span of five days during their spring trip.

Edgewood College has participated in the Gene Cusic Classic four years compiling an 18-21 overall record. The Eagles spent the last two spring trips in Arizona but finished 5-5 in their 2011 Florida campaign. Edgewood College has had a losing record just once at the Classic, going 2-7 in 2005, their first trip to the sunshine state.
