The Edgewood College women's basketball team hopes to erase the memory of last week's 0-2 record, starting with a key match at Alverno College on Thursday. The Inferno defeated the Eagles in Madison earlier this season. Edgewood College will also travel to Dominican University on Saturday.

Edgewood College holds a 13-3 advantage over Alverno College in the all-time series. However, the Inferno have won three of the last four meetings including a 65-49 win at the Edgedome this season on December 6. Edgewood College has beaten Dominican University in 11 of 15 all-time meetings, but the Eagles will be anxious to try and snap a two-game losing streak to the Stars. Last year's Stars win was a 63-62 overtime thriller in Madison.
