Surging Eagles to face test at Platteville Invite

Edgewood College won their first two Northern Athletics Conference matches and extended their winning streak to three, before falling to Viterbo University on Monday night. The Eagles will face stiff competition at the UW-Platteville Invitational this weekend before settling in for the bulk of their NAC schedule.

Edgewood College is 0-2 against Augustana with the last match taking place in 2008. Prior to the match the teams hadn't met since 1994. UW-Stout and the Eagles haven't met since 2003, with the Blue Devils having won both previous matches. Edgewood College is 0-18 against UW-Platteville, but each of the last two matches have gone to five sets. The Eagles and St. Norbert College have never played in history.
