Eagle women to tipoff the 2008-09 season in Michigan

MADISON, Wis. - The 2008 Edgewood College women's basketball team will begin the season by traveling to Adrian, Michigan for the Adrian College Tipoff Tournament. The Eagles will begin with a game against NAIA opponent Notre Dame College (Ohio) on Saturday. They'll meet the winner of Adrian and Heidelberg on Sunday. Live Stats will be provided by Adrian College.

The Eagles return all five starters and welcome a strong incoming class in what should be a very exciting year. Edgewood College was picked to finish second in the Northern Athletics Conference North Division in this year's NAC Preseason Coaches' Poll.
