The Edgewood University softball team has been recognized on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Allie Draper, Abilina Dubree, Natalie Fields, MacKenzie Miller, and Lauren Prigge landed honors for their outstanding work in the classroom and play on the field.
Draper (New Lenox, Ill.) a sophomore catcher hit .327 in 2026. Draper posted 44 hits, scored 21 runs, roped eight doubles, and drove in 22 batters. In the classroom, Draper owns a 4.00 cumulative GPA as an elementary education major.
In the field, Dubree (Mishawaka, Ind.) a sophomore shortstop recorded 37 hits, scored 24 runs, and collected 18 RBI. Dubree went 5-for-5 in stolen bases in 2026. In the classroom, Dubree owns a 3.82 cumulative GPA as a nursing major. The sophomore has previously been named NACC Scholar-Athlete.
Fields (Oak Creek, Wis.) a senior outfielder was a mainstay in right field for the Eagles in her final season. Fields posted a perfect fielding percentage in 2026, making 45 putouts. Fields hit .313 on the season, scoring 26 runs and totaling 15 RBI. In the classroom, Fields owns a 4.00 cumulative GPA as a psychology and neuroscience double major. The senior has previously been named CSC Academic All-District and NACC Scholar-Athlete.
Miller (Muskego, Wis.), a junior infielder was a key member of the Eagles lineup in 2026. As the Eagles first baseman, Miller posted a .996 fielding percentage. Miller posted a .337 batting average in 2026, recording 35 hits and totaling 16 RBI. In the classroom, Miller carries a 3.76 cumulative GPA as a business and criminal justice double major. She has previously been named NACC Scholar-Athlete.
Prigge (Green Bay, Wis.), a sophomore pitcher was a leader for the Eagles pitching staff in 2026. Prigge was named Honorable Mention All-NACC after posting a 4.12 ERA across 115.2 innings pitched. The sophomore led the Eagles pitching staff with 86 strikeouts. In the classroom, Prigge is a business major carrying a 4.00 cumulative GPA. She has previously been named a NACC Scholar-Athlete.
