MILWAUKEE – The Edgewood University men's lacrosse team had two players recognized by the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference for their play in 2026 as the league announced its season awards on Thursday. Zach Thomas claimed First Team All-NACC honors, while Zane Neville and Logan Searles both earned Honorable Mention honors.

Thomas was the backbone of the Eagles attack in 2026, scoring 43 goals and dishing out 18 assists. Thomas' 43 goals and 61 points are season-best marks in the Eagles record books. Thomas is the first in Edgewood University men's lacrosse history to earn a First Team nod. In conference play, Thomas led the NACC at a 3.18 goals per game clip, totaling 35 goals. He tied Chris Bucci of Aurora in points per game at a 4.45 clip. Eight goals and three assists was the Seniors best, which came in a win over Cornell College.

Searles was a major force for the Edgewood University defense in 2026. The junior collected 246 saves across the season. In conference play, totaled 168 saves and ranked third in the conference with 15.27 saves per game. Against conference opponents, Searles recorded eight games with 10 or more saves and three with 20 or more saves.

In 2026, Neville set the Eagles single-season record for caused turnovers at 40. Neville added 52 ground balls, one goal and one assist in 2026. In conference play, Neville led the NACC with 30 caused turnovers at a 2.73 caused turnovers per game mark. Neville's best of six caused turnovers and seven ground balls came in a win over Cornell College.
Aurora University secured two major awards, Offensive Player of the Year – Chris Bucci and Coaching Staff of the Year – Head Coach Reid Mayberry. Concordia University Wisconsin were represented in the major awards by Defensive Player of the Year Nolan O'Malley, while Brayden Wilson and MSOE's Isaac Johnston were named Co-Freshman of the Year.
