MILWAUKEE – Edgewood University freshman Lauryn Krober has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Women's Tennis Student-Athlete of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday.

Krober went 5-1 for the Eagles in a week that featured two NACC wins and a non-conference victory. Krober highlighted the Eagles 4-3 victory over Saint Ambrose University with a thrilling 7-5, 7-6 (7-4) tiebreak victory at No. 6 singles to clinch the match for the Eagles on Sunday. Krober went a perfect 2-0 in conference play at No. 2 doubles with partner Sophia Perret and added a 2-0 performance at No. 6 singles.

Krober and the Eagles will face MSOE on Saturday, September 13 in Milwaukee.
