BELOIT, Wis. – The Edgewood College women's golf team competed hard against a challenging field and a difficult Beloit Club course at the UW-Whitewater Spring Fling on Friday and Saturday. Dana Marshall led the Eagles in their second to last event of the spring season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Newcomer Madeline Morrison continued her strong debut season, leading the Eagles with a 102 in Friday's round. Morrison would finish with a two-day total of 209.
- Marshall shrugged off some first day struggles to shoot the Eagles only sub-100 round of the weekend with a 99 on Saturday. Marshall led the team with a 36-hole total of 205.
- Molly DuCharme shot a 113 on Friday and finished with a score of 233.

UP NEXT
- Edgewood College will close their 2016-17 season with a dual match against St. Norbert College. The Eagles and Green Knights will play at Ledgeview G.C. in DePere next Sunday.
