BRISTOL, Wis. – The Edgewood College women's golf team battled the elements and seven conference foes in the 2015 NACC Women's Golf Championships at Bristol Oaks Golf Course. The Eagles placed seventh with a three-day score of 1,276. Dana Marshall led the team with a 14th place finish in the field of 36 golfers.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Dana Marshall shook off an opening round 103 to fire 93 and 94 in windy, chilly conditions. Her total of 290 tied her 14th place with Concordia University Wisconsin's Kayla Haen
- Betsy Ennis was remarkably consistent with just three shots separating her three daily scores, finishing with a total of 313. Kendelle Grube improved 10 strokes from Friday to Saturday for a score of 328.
- Taylor Maier improved her score each day finishing with a 112 on Sunday and a total of 345, while Ashley Memmo concluded her first conference championship event with a score of 426.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Marshall's 290 was the sixth lowest 54-hole score in school history and represented a seven-shot improvement over her NACC Championship score a year ago.
- The Eagles haven't fielded a full team for the conference championship since the 2012 season.
FOR THE FOES
- Aurora University won their second consecutive NACC title with a score of 1,091, topping Concordia University Wisconsin by 15 strokes.
- Wisconsin Lutheran College's Ellyn Mortell held off two-time reigning NACC individual medalist Nina Puch by two shots with score of 250 to Puch's 252.
UP NEXT
- Edgewood College will store the clubs for the winter and return to action with a spring schedule next April.
