RIPON, Wis. – The Edgewood University women's track & field team wrapped-up the 2026 NACC Indoor Championships with a top-five finish and two PR's. Kylee Doherty impressed with a fourth place finish in the shot put. Ellie Lill posted a pair of PR performances in her first indoor conference meet as an Eagle.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Doherty finished fourth in the shot put on Saturday. The senior posted a distance of 12.38 meters. Keilley Riddle and Allison Foley also competed in the event. Riddle posted a distance of 9.06 meters, while Foley finished with a mark of 7.72 meters.
- Doherty and Riddle also competed in the weight throw. Doherty posted the second best mark in program history, a 12.27 meter throw to finish 13th. Riddle finished 20th with a mark of 11.20 meters.
- Lill posted a personal-record performance in the 60-meter hurdles prelims and the 400 meter. Lill came across the finish line in 11.46 in the 60 hurdles prelims to finish 11th. Lill added a PR time of 1:14.21 in the 400. Isabella Pescador added a time of 1:15.69 in the 400 meter.
- Lill and Pescador also competed in the 200 meter dash. Lill leading the way with a time of 31.82. Pescador came across the finish line in 33.43.
UP NEXT
- The Eagles will have select individuals compete at the Ripon Final Qualifier + Multi on Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7. Action will take place at the Willmore Center in Ripon, Wis.
