The Edgewood University track & field team has been recognized on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Kylee Doherty and Ayden Price landed honors for their outstanding work in the classroom and efforts in track & field.

In competition, Doherty (Cross Plains, Wis.) had an outstanding senior season, and continued to raise the bar for Eagle throwing in 2026. The senior punched her ticked to her fourth NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the discus and javelin throw. Doherty finished eighth in the discus to claim First Team All-American honors for the first time in her career. She added Second Team All-American honors in the javelin with an 11th place finish. Doherty was named USTFCCCA All-Region in both the discus and javelin throw. The Cross Plains native set the Edgewood University school record in the javelin throw (44.21 meters) with the fifth longest mark in Division III at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative Meet. Doherty claimed NACC Championships in the discus and javelin. In the classroom, Doherty owns a 4.00 GPA as an history education major. She previously claimed Academic All-District honors following the 2024-25 academic year.

Price (Fall River, Wis.) recorded a standout sophomore campaign for the Eagles. The sophomore claimed a pair of NACC Titles in the 60 meter dash and 200 meter dash at the NACC Indoor Championships. Price was named 2026 NACC Indoor Track Athlete of the Meet for his performance. In the outdoor season, Price claimed the NACC Title in the 200-meter dash and finished third in the 100-meter dash. The sophomore claimed five school records between the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2026. In the classroom, Price owns a 4.00 cumulative GPA as a nursing major. Price has previously been named a NACC Scholar-Athlete.
