The Edgewood College women's basketball team has been recognized on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Jordan Carlquist, Vivian Guerrero, Kallie Norby, and Kenzie Senffner landed honors for their outstanding work in the classroom and play on the court.
On the court, Jordan Carlquist (Arlington Heights, Ill.) a graduate student guard had a strong year for the Eagles. She averaged 10.2 points per game, 2. 6 rebounds per game and 1.9 assists per game. She posted a season-best 25 points in a win over Rockford, going 10-for-13 from the floor and 4-for-6 from three-point range.
In the classroom, Carlquist owns a 3.75 GPA as a graduate student working towards her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Change.
Guerrero (Lake Mills, Wis.), a senior forward was a consistent force on the court for the Eagles. She was named D3hoops.com Third Team All-Region, back-to-back NACC Defensive Player of the Year, and First Team All-NACC. Guerrero led the conference in blocks, averaging 1.7 per game and totaling 44. The senior ranked first in the NACC with 251 total rebounds. She led the Eagles with 11.8 points per game, shooting 46.6 percent from the floor. Guerrero added a team-best 62 assists on the season. She totaled 11 double-doubles and eclipsed both 1,000 career points and rebounds during the 2024-25 season, becoming just the third Eagle in program history to record both marks.
Guerrero owns a 3.52 cumulative GPA as an elementary education major.
Norby (Hales Corners, Wis.) a senior forward picked up Second Team All-NACC honors. Norby averaged 10.8 points per game, 5.2 rebounds per game and added 43 assists. The senior posted two double-doubles on the season. Norby recorded three games on the season scoring 22 or more points.
In the classroom, Norby carries a 3.72 cumulative GPA as a nursing major at Edgewood College. Norby is the first player in Edgewood College women's basketball to earn the Academic All-District nod three times.
Senffner (Yorkville, Ill.), a senior guard was a mainstay for the Eagles. She averaged 5.7 points per game, 2.9 rebounds per game, and 2.15 assists per game during her senior campaign. Senffner recorded double-digit scoring on five separate occasions.
Senffner owns a 3.97 cumulative GPA as a business major with a concentration in finance and accounting. She has been named to the CSC Academic All-District team twice.
