Brody named First Team All-American

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Edgewood University men's soccer player Ben Brody was named First Team All-American by the United Soccer Coaches Association on Thursday afternoon. Brody continued to build his list of honors in 2025 following a standout junior campaign.

Brody is the second men's soccer All-American in Edgewood University history. There are now 19 All-Americans in Edgewood University history.

Brody claims the first team honor following a standout year with the Eagles. The Mount Horeb native was a key member of an Eagle defense that allowed just nine goals on the season. The Eagles goals against average (0.500) was eighth in the nation, in large part thanks to Brody's lockdown defense. Brody posted one goal and one assist in his junior campaign. Brody proved himself as a calm and consistent force in the Edgewood University defense, using his 6'5" stature to break up opponents attack and limit scoring opportunities on set pieces.
