Eagles Women's Soccer Preview

The Edgewood College women's soccer squad enters 2023 after a strong 2022 that featured one of their best starts ever and their best finish since 2016. The Eagles return four All-NACC players from last year's squad in Grace Johnson, Rylee Brotz, Greta Blau, and Leah Doucette as they enter year five under head coach Derek Helmer and his coaching staff that earned Coaching Staff of the Year honors from the conference.

“We're looking forward to building on our success from last year and taking another step forward this season,” said Helmer.  "We have a lot of major contributors returning and we welcome a very solid incoming group that should complement them quite well. We have some question marks that we hope to solve early in our season so that we can keep progressing towards some lofty team goals that we have."
