Edgewood College vs. Carroll University, Concordia College & Wheaton College preview (.pdf)MADISON, Wis. - Edgewood College is back in action following its spring trip to Fort Myers, Fla., with three games this weekend in the Chicago area. The Eagles (4-6) will first take on Carroll University (8-3) on Friday, March 25 at 2 pm before a pair of games on Saturday. Edgewood College will square off against Concordia College (Minn.) (7-4) at 11 am Saturday before rounding out the trip with host Wheaton College (Ill.) (7-6) at 2 pm. All games will be played at Pfund Stadium in Carol Stream, Ill.

Edgewood College won its most recent showdown with Carroll University but trails the Pioneers 4-2 in the all-time series. The Eagles and the Cobbers of Concordia College have squared off eight times in history, with Edgewood College winning five of them. They last met at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn., in 2010 and the two teams split a doubleheader. The Wheaton College Thunder won its lone meeting against Edgewood College with a 9-6 win on March 22, 2014.
