Edgewood College vs. UW-Platteville & Aurora University preview (.pdf)

MADISON, Wis. - UW-Platteville is the last team standing in the way of the NACC schedule for Edgewood College, as the Eagles and Pioneers will square off on Thursday, Sept. 17 before the Eagles travel to Aurora University on Saturday. Game time for the matchup against the Pioneers will be 7 pm at Breese Stevens Field. Saturday's conference tilt will take place at Vago Field in Aurora, Ill., and is slated for a 1 pm start.

Edgewood College and UW-Platteville haven't squared off since the 2007 season, when the Pioneers took a 4-1 contest from the Eagles. The Pioneers have won four out of the last five meetings and lead the all-time series 8-4. Aurora is 5-1-1 against the Eagles in the last seven matchups, including a 3-1 win last season in early October. The Spartans have the upper hand in the all-time series with a 7-2-3 record.
