Edgewood College vs. Concordia University Wisconsin & Rockford University preview (.pdf)

MADISON, Wis. - The Edgewood College Eagles (9-11, 8-7 NACC) can punch their ticket into the NACC Championship Tournament for the second-straight year with a win and a Rockford loss on Wednesday or a win against Rockford Saturday. The Eagles will take on Concordia Wisconsin (13-8, 11-5 NACC) at 7 pm in Mequon, Wis., Wednesday before taking on Rockford University (6-15, 5-11 NACC) at Seaver Gymnasium at 4:15 pm Saturday.

The Falcons have won 10 of the last 13 against the Eagles but Edgewood College still holds a 36-25 lead in the all-time series. The Eagles came out victorious in the last meeting against the Falcons, winning 78-69 in the Edgedome on Dec. 2. Rockford stunned Edgewood College in the Edgedome earlier this year on Dec. 20 by a score of 79-63 for their first win against the Eagles in nine meetings. Edgewood College leads the all-time series against the Regents 13-8.
