MIDDLETON, Wis. – A rainy day at Bishops Bay Country Club made for tough playing conditions, but the Edgewood College golf team wrapped up their season on Friday. The Eagles placed second as they hosted the Edgewood College Spring Triangular with an 18-hole score of 322.

Tyler Cobb and James Gandolph paired together and cruised through the par-72 course. Cobb turned in a 77, his second-best round of the season and lowest on the day for Edgewood College to finish second. Gandolph, playing in just his second tournament of the season, carded a season-best 83.

Patrick Bohrer and Michael Mathwick joined Cobb in the top five as both posted scores of nine-over 81. Tony Thaden was the next Eagle finisher as he joined Gandolf to tie for ninth with an 83.

Austin Foley, Patrick Cahill, Mitchell Feller, and Shane Leadholm all participated as individuals in the three-team, twenty-three player event.

Eagles capped their season with a second place finish at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships a week ago along with setting many team and personal-bests along the way.
