Just past the halfway point in their Northern Athletics Conference schedule, Edgewood College will need a strong finish to have a chance at making the conference tournament. This week, the Eagles will be at Maranatha Baptist on Thursday before crossing the border to face Dominican University this Saturday.

Edgewood College holds a commanding 53-12 all-time series lead over Maranatha Baptist. The Eagles have won six straight contests over the Crusaders and 17 of the last 18. The last time Maranatha Baptist defeated Edgewood College was on January 19, 2010. The Eagles have only dropped two contests to Dominican University in 19 all-time meetings. One of those losses was in 1987 when Dominican was named Rosary College. The last time the Eagles lost to the Stars was a two-point defeat at Dominican in 2006.
