On Tuesday, Edgewood College will begin Northern Athletics Conference play as they face the North Division preseason favorite Lakeland College. The Eagles will then play their first home game this Saturday against Aurora University at the annual Jam the Gym celebration.

Edgewood College holds a 34-18 all-time advantage over Lakeland College, including four straight victories. The last time the Eagles lost to the Muskies was in 2011. Edgewood College defeated Lakeland in February at the conference tournament championship. Aurora University and Edgewood College have only met eight times, with the Spartans winning five of those battles. The Eagles defeated Aurora at Jam the Gym in 2011, but lost last season 79-74. Edgewood College is 3-1 at home against Aurora.
