Despite a non-conference setback at Elmhurst last week, the Eagles remain hot, having won five of their last six matches, including three by shutout. This week brings another NAC test against Marian University, followed by an equally hot St. Norbert College team out of the Midwest Conference.

The Eagles have won five straight against Marian, but the all-time series is deadlocked at 13-13-2. The last time the Sabres won at Breese Stevens Field was a 1-0 victory in the conference tournament on November 4, 2000.

St. Norbert College and Edgewood College have played in each of the last seven seasons, with the Green Knights winning six of those matches. St. Norbert leads the all-time series 6-4. The Eagles' last victory occurred at DePere on September 14, 2003.
