The Eagles have locked down at least a fourth seed and can guarantee a third seed with a win. The winner of this match also has the possibility of a second seed and a first round home game.

The all-time series between Concordia University Wisconsin and Edgewood College is nearly dead even after 33 matches. The Eagles hold a slim 17-15 lead with one tie. The Eagles have only recently taken the series lead back from the Falcons, going 5-1-1 since the 2004 season. The Eagles last three victories have all come by shutout including a 1-0 decision in Madison last season. The last time the teams met at CUW, Edgewood College escaped with a 3-0 victory.
