MADISON, Wis. - The Edgewood College men's basketball team is looking for its first win at home when they host the conference home opener against Benedictine this Saturday afternoon at 4:15 p.m. The Eagles will be well-rested having not played since a tough loss to NAC South Division leader Aurora last Saturday and have shot the ball well in their last two games averaging over 47 percent from the field and 48 percent from three-point range.

Edgewood College and Benedictine split both conference meetings last season with each school taking a win at home. Edgewood College won last year's matchup in the Todd Wehr Edgedome 72-59.  Four players from each side are averaging double digits in scoring during conference play this season which should make for a high-scoring and entertaining basketball game. The men's contest will follow the women who tip off against Benedictine at 2:00 p.m.
