Eagles Women's Tennis Preview

The Edgewood University Women's Tennis team returns to the courts for 2026-27 looking to compete for a NACC title once again after reaching the NACC Championship last year.

“I am very excited for the women to kick off their season this fall!” said head coach Kevin Friend. “We have a good balance of returners and new players. The first couple weeks of practice are always a lot of fun as the team is getting to know each other while we prepare for a very busy fall schedule. The conference has become much more competitive at the top in the last few years, and we are excited to hopefully compete for a NACC Championship.”

Fall 2026 Women's Tennis Schedule

Edgewood University will kick things off Saturday with a pair of non-conference tilts in Dubuque, Iowa. They'll battle with the Dubuque Spartans and the Loras Duhawks. NACC play opens up at home in Madison, Wis., Saturday, September 5 with a doubleheader against MSOE and Wisconsin Lutheran. A three-match conference road trip culminates with a NACC Tournament Final rematch at Illinois Tech Saturday, September 19. After the ITA Midwest Regional starting on Friday, September 25 and a trip to Concordia Wisconsin on Saturday, October 10, the Eagles conclude their fall slate by hosting St. Norbert on Sunday, October 11.
