MIDDLETON, Wis. – The Edgewood University men's golf team hosted the Edgewood University Spring Quadrangular on Friday at Bishops Bay Country Club. The Eagles shot 312 as a team to finish in fourth place. Drew Gunderson led the Eagles with a career-best score.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Gunderson led the Eagles with a career-best 74 (+2) to finish in a tie for eighth place.
- Peter Haideman competed as an individual and finished in a tie for eighth with a 74.
- Isaac Hill continued a fall spring, carding a six-over par 78 to finish in a tie for 17th. Brayden Olstad competed for his first time as an Eagle, carding a 78.
- Charlie Huerth, Raymond Jordan, and Brooks Luttinen each carded an 80 (+8) to finish in a tie for 23rd.
- Jacob Frederickson (81), Josh Potter (81), Noah Frederickson (83), Jack Vesperman (83), and Joe Huskey (86) all competed as individuals for the Eagles.
THE MEET
- UW-Stout took home the team title, carding a three-over par 291. MSOE finished runner up with a mark of 297.
- Dylan Handlan of MSOE claimed medalist honors carding a two-under par 70.
