WHITEWATER, Wis. – The Edgewood University cross country team competed at the Tom Hoffman Invitational, hosted by UW-Whitewater on Saturday. Tyler Mueller and Nick Pacubas represented men's cross country in the 8K race, while Ellie Lill represented women's cross country in the 6K distance.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Tyler Mueller posted a 25th place finish at the Tom Hoffmann Invitational on Saturday morning. Mueller ran a 27:57 to lead the Eagles.
- Nick Pacubas was next in line for men's cross country, finishing in 35:26 to place 51st, overall.
- Ellie Lill finished 47th in the women's race. The freshman coming across the finish line in 40:29.
THE MEET
- Dan Anderson of UW-Whitewater won the men's race with a time of 25:54.
- Katie Erb of host UW-Whitewater won the 6K distance race with a time of 23:44.
UP NEXT
- The Eagles will compete at the Warrior Invitational on Saturday, October 4. The men's race is set for 11:00 a.m., followed by the women's race at 12:00 p.m. from West Allis, Wisconsin.
