Paul Schlomer is set for his 17th season leading the Women's Volleyball program. Schlomer owns 253 career wins and is the winningest coach in program history. During his tenure, the Eagles have captured three NACC regular season titles and one tournament championship.

When asked about the season, Schlomer said, “I am incredibly excited to get this 2022 season started.  We have a ton of talent on our team this year with the ability to go out and make a run at the conference championship.  But “potential” is just a word.  We have to go out and play the way we are capable every match.  We have a very tough schedule this year against many top programs across the nation.  We are motivated to prove ourselves and assert that we belong amongst the top VB programs in the Midwest.”
