Edgewood College vs. Marian University and Benedictine University preview (.pdf)MADISON, Wis. - The Edgewood Eagles are fresh off a 3-2 victory over Concordia University Chicago in their 2014 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference opener and will look to add a couple more wins this week. The Eagles will try for a 2-0 start in the NACC on Tuesday at 7 pm against Marian University away from home before hosting Benedictine University Saturday at 7 pm. The Eagles will also look to extend their unbeaten streak this week, which currently sits at four games.

The Eagles and Marian University Sabres have been back-and-forth historically, with the Sabres holding a slight 17-15-2 edge. The Eagles have had their number as of late, though, winning eight of the last 12. Edgewood College has enjoyed plenty of success against Benedictine and leads the all-time series 11-2.
