Edgewood College has had a fantastic rivalry with St. Norbert College over the years, with the Green Knights leading the all-time series 8-6-1. However, the Eagles haven't won since a 2-0 decision in 2008. The Green Knights claimed last year's match in a dramatic 5-4 goal-fest, with SNC's Katie Vandon Avond scoring the game-winner in the 86th minute after the Eagles rallied from a 4-1 deficit.
The Eagles have never lost to Concordia University Chicago in nine all-time meetings. Edgewood College has outscored the Cougars 60-1, but recent contests have proved to be much closer. The Eagles took a 2-0 decision in 2011, and won a 3-0 game at Breese Stevens last year. In that game, the Eagles'
Ashley Alonso scored on a penalty kick, while
Elaine Gerry and
Lindsay Kloppenburg added goals.
