The Edgewood College women's soccer team is in the Northern Athletics Conference Tournament semifinals for the fifth time in the six year history of the event. The Eagles will face second-seeded Marian University in a rematch of a 2-0 Eagle win from September 28.

Edgewood College has dominated the all-time series with Marian University, leading 26-3-2 in 31 games played. Marian University snapped a 26-match winless streak to the Eagles with a 2-0 victory that last time the Eagles entered Smith Field on September 21, 2010. The Eagles are 4-0-1 all-time in conference tournament matches against the Sabres. Edgewood College won a 2-0 victory earlier this year. Elaine Gerry scored a first half penalty kick and Jenna Mineau added a second goal on a bad bounce in the second half.
