The Edgewood College women's soccer team finished the regular season on six-match winning streak and earned the third seed for the Northern Athletics Conference Tournament. The Eagles host sixth seeded Dominican University. Sunday's game is a rematch of a double overtime tie, played on September 17.

Edgewood College won the first three matches with Dominican University, but the Stars have gone 6-2-2 since to lead the all-time series 6-5-2. Earlier this season, the Eagles and Stars played to a 0-0 tie in Madison. Dominican ended Edgewood College's season in 2010 with a 1-0 overtime win in the first round of the conference tournament.

The teams have met four times in conference tournaments, with the Stars holding a 3-0-1 advantage. In 2008 the Eagles topped the Stars on penalty kicks, following a 0-0 tie.
