Meet Results

DANVILLE, Ind. – The Edgewood College men's golf team competed in their second event in as many weeks when the golfed at the Katman Klassic hosted by DePauw University. At the event, the Eagles placed two golfers in the top-12 and finished in fifth place.

Aaron Gavin followed up his third place finish last week with another top-10 performance this week. Gavin finished ninth after shooting 78 on day one and 77 on day two for a two day total of 155. Mike Battista finished in 12th place, only one stroke behind Gavin after shooting 81 on day one and 75 on the second day.

Mark Fields finished the second round with a stroke total of 163 which landed him in 27th place. Brent Quade and Logan Kranz finished one stroke apart with their respective totals of 167 and 168 to finish 30th and 33rd, respectively.

The Eagles next meet is the Northern Athletics Conference Automatic Qualifier Meet which takes place on April 19th and 20th at Stonebridge Country Club in Naperville, Illinois.
