The all-time series between Edgewood College and Dominican University is knotted at 5-5-1. The Eagles won four of the first five match-ups, but have gone 1-3-1 in the last five contests. Earlier this season, the Eagles fell to the Stars 2-0 on road. The two teams have met three times in a conference tournament, all coming in the semifinals. In 2005, the Stars topped the Eagles 2-1 in the Lake Michigan Conference Tournament. The next year, the Eagles fell to the Stars 2-1 in the NAC Tournament and in 2008 the teams tied, with the Eagles advancing on penalty kicks.
