WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - Edgewood College scored nine of their 11 runs in the final three innings to come from behind and defeat McDaniel College 11-8 in the fourth game of their Florida trip. Seth Astroth clubbed a two-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to finish off the offensive flurry.

McDaniel College starter Chase Wolf had held the Eagle bats at bay much of the game allowing just one run through the first five innings, but once the Eagles were able to chase Wolf, they took advantage of the Green Terror bullpen.

Astroth went 3-for-5 in the game with a double and a home run. Justin Dahmen also had three hits including a pair of doubles. Alex Berta and Tim Barry has two hits apiece with Berta driving in four runs.

Miles Mayer escaped a shaky three-run first inning and held the Green Terror scoreless from the second to the fifth inning, striking out seven batters along the way. Blake Hunt entered in the seventh and was on record when the Eagles took the lead to earn the win. Adam Victorn pitched the bottom of the ninth inning for his first career save.
