Eagles play for NAC seeding in Milwaukee this week

Christina Senn

Edgewood College enters the new week with a NAC Tournament bid secure, but plenty of ground to be gained in the race for tournament seeding. The Eagles get a crack at NAC leader MSOE on Tuesday night, before returning to Milwaukee for a Saturday morning tilt with Alverno College.

Edgewood College has never lost to MSOE in 21 all-time matches. The Eagles have outscored the Raiders 124-4 in those matches, scoring three goals or more 19 times. Edgewood College has shutout MSOE in each of their last three meetings.

Alverno College is still looking for their first goal in history against the Eagles. Edgewood College has won the first six games in the series, all by shutout, averaging 9.2 goals per game. Last season, the Eagles claimed a 9-0 victory in Madison.
