High School: Six Rivers West Player of the Year and Team MVP as a senior... Three-time first team all-conference and two-time team captain... Team MVP Defense as a junior and Team MVP Offense as a sophomore... Led team to a conference championship as a junior and two second-place finishes as a sophomore and senior... Registered 163 kills, 121 digs, 19 aces and 35 blocks as a senior... Had 149 kills, 154 digs, 30 blocks and 15 aces as a junior... Tallied 206 kills, 191 digs, 73 blocks and 28 aces as a sophomore... Also lettered in basketball for four years and was a WBCA All-Star, an All-State honorable mention honoree and a member of the 1,000 point club... Also lettered in track for four years and was a state qualifier.

Personal: Parents are David and Jackie Kamps... Received Distinguished Honors in high school and was also the Student Council President and Treasurer... Member of the National Honor Society... Major is Nursing.

Why Edgewood College?: "Choosing Edgewood College was simple for me. I looked into the Nursing program and realized it was going to be a great fit. Soon after, I set up a visit to look at campus. As I stepped onto campus I felt home. When I started to get to know a few students, coaches and professors, I knew this was going to be the perfect place for me."
