Lexington, Ky. – For the 15th straight year, the Edgewood University women's volleyball program was listed among the programs to receive an American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award. Over 1,450 programs across the nation earned the honor.

To qualify as an AVCA Team Academic Award Recipient, a team must maintain a year-long grade point average of 3.30 or higher on a 4.0 scale. The Eagles team GPA for the 2024-25 academic year was 3.61.

This marks the 15th straight year for the Eagles to receive the honor, which is the longest active streak among NACC schools.

Other NACC schools to receive the honor for the 2024-25 academic year were Aurora University, Benedictine University, Concordia University Chicago, Concordia University Wisconsin, Illinois Tech, Lakeland University, St. Norbert College, and Wisconsin Lutheran College.
