JACKSON, WIS. – Men's Tennis continued to battle in NACC action Saturday. They faced off with the Wisconsin Lutheran Warriors. The Warriors (1-10, 1-3 NACC) claimed a 4-3 victory against the Eagles (6-12, 1-3).

Taite Thomas 7-5 in no. 2 singles.

Ethan Towne shined in third billing with a 6-0 sweep.
- The Warriors pushed within match point early in singles. Olafsson conceded a 6-3, 6-4 loss in the top slot, before Hutchcroft fell 6-0, 6-0 in the second slot.
- Edgewood College battled back in no. 3 and 4 singles. Hoffmann earned a 6-1, 6-7 (5-7), 6-2 win in the third slot and Woytasik rallied for a 1-6, 7-5, 6-4 final in fourth billing.
- Thomas evened the match 3-3 with a 7-6 (8-6), 6-3 win in the fifth slot. Towne battled to the end in the sixth slot, but Wisconsin Lutheran earned a 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 final to stop the comeback.

The Eagles will look to rally as conference action continues. They'll face off with the Illinois Tech Scarlet Hawks in Chicago, Ill. next Friday. First serve is scheduled for 11:45 a.m.
