BELLEVILLE, Ill. – The Edgewood University women's bowling team competed at the McKendree Matchgames on Saturday and Sunday. The Eagles finished 21st of 22 teams in baker. Isabella Hall led the Eagles in individual standings, placing 78th. The event took place at the Bel Air Bowl.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Hall led the way with a strong individual performance, to place 78th of 158 competitors. Hall bowled a 779 series and averaged 155.8. Hall's best of 170 came in her second game.
- Brooklyn Kummerow was right behind Hall, finishing 79th in individual play. Kummerow averaged 155.6 and bowled a best 171 in her third game.
- Allison Foley averaged 127.4 in individual action, placing 94th. Foley's best came in her third game, a 142.
- Lindsey Klunder and Adrianna Potter rounded out the Eagles in individual play, averaging 119.6 and 92.7, respectively.
- In Baker, the Eagles totaled 5,485 pins. Edgewood University claimed the first match win in program history, defeating West Texas A&M. In the baker match, the Eagles defeated Buffaloes 609-398.

- Edgewood University will return to action after the new year. The Eagles will dual against Augustana College for the second time this season on Saturday, January 17.
